At ObGym, our private training sessions are designed for women in every stage of life—prenatal, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. You’ll train one-on-one with a women’s health fitness specialist in a calm, supportive studio in Oakland.

Each session is personalized to your body, goals, and energy, helping you build strength, balance, and confidence at your own pace.

Our 55-minute one-on-one sessions are priced on a sliding scale 5 pack for 120$/ session, 10 pack for 100$/ session, and 20 pack for 80$/ session.
